[Help] New Skill and Weapon Effects

Hello folks,
I mean first of all, I've tried everything to try to solve my problem, but could not get any results yet.

I am using the Latest Version of the Official Client, and i already has changed all files that had digits excess. (because of the new Soul.exe).

All Warrior, Mage and Paladin Weapons up to Level 125 are with its effects working perfectly.
All Warrior, Mage and Paladin Skills also are with its effects working.

But all the Vampire Weapons and Vampire Skills, the effects do not appear.
And Warrior, Mage and Paladin Weapons Level 140, the effects also did not appear.


Would be a incompatibility with the new ".TME" Files in the "ini\tme" Folder?

Someone has any hint to help me solve this problem that i am struggling for 3 days?

try to edit in 3daction 3deffect, goes from a beautiful result.

What i want is use the Oficial Files, only altering what is necessary to run on our version of SOUL.EXE.

I already have changed everything and the only thing that dont work is the "new effects".

Actually, what I want is to have a minimum of customization possible in the Game Client. If there was a way to use the Client only including OEM.DAT would be perfect

yeahh, my cq_track already have the IDs of newer track.ini
Adjusting this, will fix only the Character Animations.

Now i need show the Weapon Effects and Skill Effects.

then you only need to fix the 3dEffect.ini, 3dEffectobj.ini and 3dtexture.ini
look on debug folder in client directory and read the log file what you are missing(if exist)

Lol no your wrong guys. I get what your trying to say and it just doesn't work. There are a few reasons for why it doesnt work, like, in the version of clients that we use for pserver development, 3DEffect.ini only allows 8 parts per entry, where is the official client allows more than 8. So youll have to go through them and check if there are entries with more than 8 parts. But besides doing that, I actually dont know why you cant use the official files. Ive tried doing it before and it seems to only way, is to extract each individually and import them to the old versions of clients.

The problem was solved. The fixed 3DEffect.ini is in attachments

Like cruey say, 3DEffect.ini only allows "Amount <= 8" parts per entry, and other problem:
"scale" propriety in some groups.

Removing the Scale of these groups and seting the Amount, you will fix the 3DEffect.ini

But i am still trying solve other problems with Weapon and Skill Effects:

SOME missing details in Effects now are appearing, but still have other that are missing

I am using this .DLLs in attachments to fix the Reading some newest C3 Models.

and... i will continue studing to fix all Effects

Swaping Weapon Effects

Ive been able to swap different color/level armors (replace 120 tro armor with 110 war armor for example)and i have been able to do the same thing with weapons,but in wepaon.ini instead of armor.ini i'm trying to swap the 125-129 blades with the 115 blades I can do it except for the effect of the 125-129 blades still remains on the 115 blades,not the effect the 115 blade is supposed to have. does anyone know how to edit what effect is applied to the weapon?
