[Help] About adding skill

Is there any guide how to add new skill.. I can't find any guide how to add or make new skill.. or combine two skill become one.. I have heard that someone say it easy to combine skill but how? Maybe someone can teach me.

if u have everything about the skill just dont know how to ADD.
here it is
open Cq_magictype and add ur skill name and type and id make sure its correct&make sure to make backup too
after adding it to cq_magictype.
then open your client folder and open
magictype.ini or something ..its in INI folder
then add it via HexEditor or something like that
