dutch vers : hij heeft et over een nieuwe wapen skill of een gewone skill die geen weap skill is net als icicle
english vers : he had it about a new weapon skill or just a new skill that aint a weap skill like example icicle

Tho the skill that was released was a magic skill you can use that idea and change it to how you want it. You could have that skill activate while your punching if you knew how (i dont :P) just thought i would say that what was put there was a perfect example of how to add a skill - but you need to change how the skill is used and interpreted by the server and the client.
I'm still debating whether to make a guide for creating a custom skill or not... It would be a hell of a lot of writting to explain it all... ><
Edit: As for adding a new weapon with your own design, a little difficult, though their is an easy method of doing it, but then you're required to use a already made mesh, leaving you with limits on how you can design the texture.

It's possible, I've had it semi explained to me. But it's a task so tedious, I don't think I even have the patience to try and work it out. As of this point in time I'm done trying to make a server though, I think I already told you, not sure. But I may still **** around time to time trying to figure stuff out. Just won't be going to the extreme of making custom meshes. ><

This line is for bless skill got it from MagicType.dat i've just copied it and paste it and i've changed the name but how can i change the effect if i already have the dds/c3 files for the new bless.
there is no effect name in that line as i see?

The Argent Dawn NPCs are level 10. As Level 70 youll get them down very quick. But wait - they wont die! And since theyre doing Level 10 damage you can easily bringt up your weapon skills.
Alliance:
Look for Lieutenant Orrin. Open your reputation tab, look for Argent Dawn and check "At war".

My problem with it is when I'm in game I use the skill right then it says insufficient stamina when I don't have my stamina all the way so I charge it then I do it again... It says "Target is too far away" So.... I go to a monster then do it then it doesn't work obviously!!!... That's my problem
