[help] "Hit Rate"

OK guys i got a problem which is my pets hit tooo low on the server iam working on... just wish to know where or what or which colum do i change to increase there rates? or if there is any ready script to use?

in the monster type I beleive its called hit_rate or something close to

Mine too, The hit rates to monsters are too low, I cant even kill a Banshee with 1 hit with 600 normal pot on my server, lol...
