Need MySQL and navicat ENGLISH

Hey my navicat is .... dunno... i have navicat8_de so german... i checked about 10 times or MORE my c:/mysql/data folder - test, my, acount, mysql
in navicat i got databases:
information_schema, my, account, mysql

I CANT USE TRIAL because i had already one.
pls someone can send me these things?
