i have other problem if u want to help me mysql 4.0
the server couldn't connect to the mysql 4.0
why?

ok i kno wat to do to make a server and all but a while back my cousin was on my comp and when i got back on everytime i try to make a connection to my comp for navicat a window pops up sayin :: 2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)......any1 kno y
