Ok make sure you edited your ini, shell, config files where neeed if these arent edited properly then your programs wont open. IE: Accountserver/ account make sure your server name is here, config make sure your server name and IP is here, (database IP will stay the same.) annd so on. To make your own account. (test, test) Open winasqladmin.exe then open navi, click on your server name then click on accounts then hit f6 and enter
insert into account.account (name,password,reg_date) values ('test','53b6320eb06e2c62888a6d1739cd24bd',now());
As stated this will then create an account with log:test, pass:test as for your other problem o.o No idea is this saying it when you open game? then maybe you could reinstall another client? other then that still learning so hope this information I provided is on the right track if not Oh well :P
@ shevchenko_7 My and account is the data base files for your server, read the instructions again to see where these go. And the wamp problem have you installed wamp? if so its in your c drive, my pc, c drive look should see wamp enter to find other directories mentioned
