Looking for New low rate server

As the title says im currently looking for a low rate (5-7 points a composeing after 30*) eudemons server, idc about how good lvling is or the ep drop rate jus the composeing rates, and new as in jus opened to a month old..
Please if you own/play a server like this post here with a link to it n ill give it a try
