[Help] Composing Rates

I know how to change composing Rates To go up and all but once i get it set at a good level so like 45 or 50 per composing, Next thing i know its going up to 100 then 200 then 300 and so on it wont stay at 45 or 50 please help cant figure this out lol

try using this Link yeah that has happened to me as well try inputing the Compose query and change it to normal (15)

Just wondering dose it go like
Update cq_eudemon_rbn_rqr set min =(*15);
Update cq_eudemon_rbn_rqr set max =(*15);

If your going to multiple the values it will be something like

Update cq_eudemon_rbn_rqr set min =min*15;
Update cq_eudemon_rbn_rqr set max =max*15;

this dosent make sence how do i make it so its star rating goes up by 45 - 75 on every compose from when its 1star or 200stars when i first start to compose its only 5 or 6 when it gose up a bit it gets up to 100 or 200 then so on like i just want it to be 45 - 75 every time
