need help| my server

hey all
well
im finnaly viewing my Server in my CPU but i got few probs...
a) it always says he's on Maint...
b) what files i need to edit for changing the IP...
c) what ports i need to open
d) how to open ports
e) how i set GM/PM?
last 1...
why i get DataBase error when i try to run the NPC server and the MSGserver...?

e) how i set GM/PM? open cq_user in mysql change your role name * to *[PM]

you can downland my attacted file and setup the server

/awarditem itemcode add a item to you package
/awardmoney 100000 add 100000 money
/awardemoney 10000 add 10000 emoney ,you can change the number
/awardwood 1000 add 1000 wood ,you can change the number
/chgmap mapcode x y flg move youself to the a new map x y is the coordinate ,youcan elidethe flg
..etc
