The OP says "if you need make changes in site edite this file:july_hover.swf by flash decompiler trillix" so I would assume it's somewhere in that file.

Here's a image that shows you what to do. First open the .swf in Trillix then follow the steps:

Step 1: Click Edit
Step 2: Click Links
Step 3: Click one of the #'s
Step 4: Edit the link.
Step 5: Save
Step 6: Load into your browser and test.
