(1)Download the "RAR" file above...

(2)After downloading extract the file "RAR" in a log of your preference...

(3)Copy and paste the files in the folder "www" of "AppServ" my view is here: "C:\AppServ\www"

(4)Open and edit the file named "config.php" it is thus :

Below this line does not need editing...

And if you want to edit the file "index.php, register.php, ranks.php and downloads.php" want to edit them, and ready the site to be working normally ...

you edit it to your mysql host. Mostely its localhost or 127.0.0.1
