Hey, I'm new here... And how can I get the ODBC? : (
And can any1 host the files on 4shared? Cause MEGAUPLOAD here don't work... Even busy.
This Pack contains the Client and the server files? Paladin?

This problem has nothing to do with MySQL it has everything to with IP in all the Config files.

Please... Anyone can up the files of the server/client on 4shared or other site? 'Cause here Megaupload e rapdishare have limits. 
The file ever corrupt. Win Rar can't open this.

Look this screen... I have disable the Avira AntiVir... But is the same...
Please... Where can I find the same client or other that run with the candy server?
With any client version + the Candy Patch will work?

candy patch is file u must paste to client.. if rar file corrupt maybe antivirus detct virus or file not complete.. bcoz i have this file and extract evryting ok..

But here the download complete. AntiVirus is deactivated.
Can someone up this same file on 4shared or other hosting file? No rapidshare e MegaUpload)...

I would suggest you use a download manager of some kind to prevent this happening.

The problem: MegaUpload not support download manager... I use IDM(Internet Download Manager) in rapid8.com and the file corrupted...
But, now I know the problem.
Look:
And can anyone tell me what the files is missing? So maybe I can find it.
Or anyone Up only the manequin client files... Please I have the server now... Still remains the client.

i got 4 problems 3 in the Attachments plz look at the pic
the fourth problem is when i make all the steps and got the soul.exe and change it's name when i join the game and write username : dark and password : explorer it said to me can't log in due to server maintence or network connection.....plz help

First Screenshot, make sure that your account server files are configured correctly.
Second and Third screenshots, the program cant make a connection to your database.
Since the second and third cant make a connection, I'm going to assume that your first Screenshot is the same issue.
As for your fourth Error. If your files can't make a connection, how do you expect your character to log in?

Sorry I don't use any messengers. But I would recheck everything. Something is causing the files not to connect to your Mysql database.

Download and install it, run WampServer.exe and put it online.
At this point you should your WampServer is put online and is running, the icon should looks like this.
Some of the things you should know,
WampServer comes with MySQL and phpMyAdmin
Your default port for web is 80
Short open tag is disabled at default
URL rewrite module is disabled by default
The folder you should use for your web is X:/Wamp/www
