It's up to you. If you make your server hamachi you can always change it back later.

Just checked and both links are functional. If you can't download from the rapidshare mirror then download from the first link (Megaupload).

i have some questions firstly i did everything this server told me i need to do.
now people are talking about navcat what is it and why do i needit also my acc.exe and npc and msg not working properly can someone help me
i proberly need a lt of help so if anyone could be kind enough to help me make the server i will be very grateful

navicat lets you edit the database, and you'll have to go into further detail than simply the fact that they dont work, add my msn  and ill help you out

Well the first picture says that your network cable is unplugged, so check that out. Second, make sure you edit shell.dat with a hex editor or one of the specific shell.dat editors/makers. Don't use a plain text editor like notepad on it.

i did the editing with hex neo editor but i got that problem do u know a threat that can guide me through my database maybe thats the problem
can someone add me on msn and help me thanks
just tell me what time u gonna be online so i can login at sametime

Hey, good to be back! I have very limited access to the internet right now but I am glad to see this thread so helpful and active. And many thanks to king_arthur for helping out in my absence, I have not touched eo pservers in about a year now but I'm still willing to help people.
ONE WARNING: if you can't speak fluent english to describe your issues I CAN'T HELP YOU! I am donating my time in my busy full time work schedule to help and I don't need to get stressed by people saying:
it not working... Or my server crash... Etc. Tell me when it crashes and everything you know about it and if you added any files.

hey guys
i jus dloaded the manequin today...and yea...i got frustrated cus it wont work 
i did everything i could do...im new to the coding stuff...would be cool if some1 who got it to work add me on msn and explain me how he did it.
im using vista btw.
ps: does this work on linux too?

Tool(s) required: WampServer 2, KearTS CMS (optional)
Download and install it, run WampServer.exe and put it online.
At this point you should your WampServer is put online and is running, the icon should looks like this.
Some of the things you should know,
WampServer comes with MySQL and phpMyAdmin
Your default port for web is 80
Short open tag is disabled at default
URL rewrite module is disabled by default
The folder you should use for your web is X:/Wamp/www
