[RELEASE] Hydra Mounts

Hey all again

OK in attachment you will find client side and DB side to implement 2 new hydra's mount

Small explanations:

*** DB side:
Under sql file you all will find queries that needs to be run under DB...

there are: actions for egg bags, itemtype for mounts and for eggs, monstertype, grade, eudemon_rbn_type, cq_dyna_rank and example of talentgain...

all those elements under SQL are equivalent to client side files I prepared..

*** Client side:

Ok here after you unpack will see that there are files named with ***-add
this means that those files are not full!!
Inside each of those files you all will find data that must be copied from and you must paste inside your own files

So just copy content from all and respectivly update your own files with same names

About itemtype.dat ---> with this one I had problem how to put it (its useless tp put here additional guide how to edit itemtype.dat).
Anyway - whoever knows how to add new pets and eggs (totally should be 16 new items - 8 for each pet -> can do it under its own itemtype.dat

)
If someone dont know - can use this example thats is inside client side (make copy of your own itemtype before !! this itemtype I edited for this need is I believe pretty old itemtype made by Acme :P - so since many used their itemtype I thought would be nice to put this hydra under their itemtype example

)

Additionally - If someone realllllly will ask - can attach their own itemtype.dat here so I will edit for them and put it back here

In the end --- Its possible that someone - maybe funhacker will prepare cool exe autounpacking version of whole client side I prepared here

For now I believe its pretty easy made and able to implement by everyone

BTW - hydra was prepared already with 4 stages

BTW2 -> Ensure if your client doesnt have already pets with IDs:
1071960 and 1071970

I know that some tweaked clients can have

if so you will just have to change it

i follow ur guide..all done..but i cannot see the hydra..can summon..but cannot see it..same like egg..its there but in inventory..but cannot see it..pls help me..

Soulerman please give me a private message with all of the links to your Releases. With everyone starting to share again (which by the way is a great thing) i am going to do a sticky thread with EVERYONES release. So please all of you who are releasing anything please e-mail me the link to your release so i can get this up for everyone as soon as possible...thank you all

DEADP00L just check my signature - it will be easiest, fastest way even for you to find all what you ask

check your file "armor.ini" if your client has many other edits ... you can try to put content of my release from armor into other place instead of the end of the file ... Its because sometimes client just dont read some info after some points ...

anyway just try

these are cool but i think there is 1 problem after 75* theygo invisible because you dint include the final stage dds file, so for the moment i reverted it to the previous 1, seemed to fix. if u have the final stage dds file can post it plz. other than that this is awesome release

yea there are 3 stages for now ...
and since this 1 before last I made I forgot to put here ...

but ok...

here it is - in attachment - 4 dds... just replace them under that you downloaded from this pack from first post.

It will replace 3th stage - and this last one will be put under 75* = 4th stage

this id's you give me, my db are using for the pet's icy demon and mentor touro and the look faces are the vip's monsters. can you help me?

well...

1) If your server is online and players are using those pets like other pets ... you got problem - since it will be not best idea to delete their works etc etc...

2) You have to solutions you can do under this situation:

a) You will resign from your monsters and you will exchange both pets for new mounts
b) You will edit my release files and you will just make new pets

some clues how a and b options looks like:

a) You will have to just run my query normally (it will delete your pets and will provide mounts info to DB)
Then you will have to do more edits under ani and ini files for example:

ani files = petface and itemicons you will have to locate ids of your pets there and delete all connected (how? IDs from my packed files will help you to locate same ones in your file)... after this just paste there content from my ani files

ini files = here you will have to change additinally after updating along with my guide:
3DsimpleRole.ini (locate ids of your pets old pets with same numbers as hydra have - and just delete and paste those from my release)
armor.ini (same like under 3dsimple - you need to delete old ids with details and replace with those ones from hydra release)
DynamicRank.ini (but not necessary - here only name of pets/mounts are written)

after this you just need to be sure you repleced your pets icons (dds) with my hydra icons (under data/petface)

and lastly - probably your itemtype.dat has these pets ... so you will have to only edit details under describtion etc..

CHECK THE HYDRA QUERY DUDE u will got something wrong there try SEARCH FOR IT well you are genius i think coz your server so great i believed u can fix it if cant maybe u can call tuyup01 ko koreng to fix that
