Emmmm, I'm not positive if it works here, but when I was on conquer... you didn't need to update the itemtype.dat
You just needed to put it in your folder again
What you can do, is make an itemtype.dat for patch" 9999 " and then go to your version.dat folder and change the version to 9999
When a new patch comes out like, let's say this new 1060, just change the version to 1059... update... change it back to 9999.... put the itemtype.dat back in and it should work fine
Errrr, I feel stupid for not thinking of this myself. Changed my version, in the version.dat file, to "9999", and it totally works. Thx for tha tip A LOT OF PEEPS NEEDED THIS
There is a problem with the "9999" thing though =S
(Shopping Stall thing for EPs at the bottom of the screen doesn't work)
Anyways, due to the new patch, the new itemtype.dat is like 612KB or something, and the edited one is 512KB. The old normal itemtype.dat was 585KB, so evidentally they added some items so there needs to be a new itemtype for Saturday-Sunday, then you can probably use the normal one afterwards =P
all the new eggs, and items will not show up with the old one , a new dat file needs to be made. i wish i knew how to do this or i would update it my self.
