A new character is always trade restriced for a few days.
Except in Void.

when u hover over the debuff there should be a duration.

Apparently they are watching us now. They wont ban, but they will restrict trade prolly until you send a ticket.

Send them a ticket about it. They should have a reason. You might need to either show proof or deal with it.
