No it isn't. The drops are server side.
Only the server decides what a monster can drop.
Although it would be possible with WPE. But you need the packet cryption key for that and not many persons have it. And I don't think that any of them would give it out for free. Maybe 500€ but I don't think cheaper.

take a look for pict, the grendized is drop from Dragon Nest Abyss Hell, why it's not possible i've it now \m/ but the other item not yet...
