1. Round with 64 teams: Has to be finished until 4:00 PM
2. Round with 32 teams: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
3. Round with 16 teams: 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sunday, May 31st 2015
Quarterfinal: until 4:00 PM
Semifinal: until 6:00 PM
Final - Third-Place Play-Off: until 8:00 PM
Final - First-Place Play-Off: starting at 8:00 PM



Conditions of Participation

Each team member has to have a non-banned elitepvpers account that has to be registered for participation beforehand (the process of registration is done by only one member per team). By registering you implicitly agree with our tournament rules and accept that your or your team's name may be shown on our website or other social media channels. There are no other requirements. Everybody* can participate!

*Please note that we reserve the right to exclude unwelcome users!



Rules

Obviously we expect a fair competition! Our tournament rules are based on the official rules recommened by Riot which you can find here.

This is a short summary of the most important points:

 Rules

1. In this tournament the elitepvpers team members act as the referees (only those team members who do not participate themselves). They have the final say in all disputes and you are obliged to follow their instructions!
   
   
2. Any kind of fraud (losing intentionally, cheating etc.) is forbidden and will lead to an immediate disqualification.
   
   
3. Unsporting behaviour (insulting, inappropriate language etc.) is not tolerated and will lead to a disqualification in severe cases.
   
   
4. The participants have to be available (i.e. online and contactable) at the designated times.
   
   
5. Each participant is responsible for his own hard- and software equipment! An outdated game client and the consequent patching process is no valid reason for delaying a game.
   
   
6. If one team is late for more than 15 minutes, the opposing team has the right to request an immediate win. The decision is made by the referees, who are allowed to further delay the game.
   
   
7. If a player is disconnected, the game should be paused by typing in the command "/pause". If a game is interrupted multiple times or for more than ten minutes in total, you have to contact the referees. Those will then decide about the continuation of the game.
   
   
8. Bugs and other problems with the game have to reported to the referees immediately.
   
   
9. After a game is finished, the outcome has to be reported to the referees, if they are not observing the game themselves. Therefore both teams have to make screenshots of the result screen which will be the basis for decisions when there are any disagreements. Even if a game is cancelled and repeated afterwards, a screenshot has to be created!
   
   
10. Complaints about a referee's decisions have to be issued immediately; belated complaints will not be regarded. There is no access to courts either. You do not have any right to demand any particular decision.
    
    
11. If a referee decides to repeat a game, all players have to pick the same champions, bans etc. as they had in the first game. If any player disobeys this rule, it has to be reported immediately to us. If you start playing and continue to do so for more than one minute anyway, we treat the game as accepted.
    
    
12. If there is no referee personally attending the game and you were not given any other orders, the proper way to contact us is our support form! Please choose descriptive titles for your tickets!

Place 1

The victorious team will be rewarded with superb gaming hardware: One Razer Naga Hex mouse, one Razer Kraken Pro headset and one Razer Deathstalker keyboard!
Additionally each player will receive 3200 Riot Points and a "Triumphant Ryze" skin!

Place 2

For each player of the second best team we've got one Razer Kraken USB headset and 2400 Riot Points!

Place 3

1600 Riot Points, 1-year elitepvpers premium subscription and 100 elite*gold for each player

Place 4

800 Riot Points and 200 elite*gold for each player

Place 5-7

200 elite*gold for each player

This list is not complete yet and will probably be extended until the start of the tournament!

Nope and yes. That's the official 3vs3 map. If this tournament goes well, we will also try to arrange 5vs5 tournaments.
