hacking in 1.1.18

Well i got the cheatengine attached and client bypassed but can someone tell me how to scan for no cooldown hack? i tested for 1 when the skill is there and 0 when its not but i cant seem to get it working. And with the client bypassd do you think lovedragonica or dsee or whatever will work?
