It will dual-client but you'll still have to be able to use a modified client (which is what it will be) on your version of EU. I don't know what the protection is on DragEU but you'll probably need a bypass.. Give me a few minutes.

I cant really make it without the rest of the folder. If you know how to use ollydbg I can tell you what to change..

EDIT: The function would be to allow you to open several instances of the game.
