This problem is related to your MMC , SMC and server control it can't load this on the server config files so go to mhlz\Patch\config and check if all the config server have the same IP that you choose to set up server , if you want to leave it local just leave it 127.0.0.1:1801 OR
If this didn't work , Open SQL Server go to then open the table "dbo.TB_SiteServer" open the sub-table "dbo.TB_Realm_1" and check if all the IPs are the same.
Note : DO NOT EDIT THE NULL ONES OR IT'LL **** UR SERVER.
