How to create and edit a offline dragonica to play ?

Sorry for my bad english, i want to play a dragonica offline sever and i dont know how to do this. tks

The server files are already configured to run on local pc ip which is 127.0.0.1 so no need to worry but , if you want to load all the maps + connection , channels , etc... You're gonna need at least 8GB in RAM , Dual Core 2GHz+ just to run things smoothly.

Download Chap 3 only need 32bit PC with 3GB Ram can load up all map , For starter is more easy start up

What you need is install SQL2008r2 and create and backup the DB file into SQL
and start the 1.bat follow by 2.bat and wait for 6min after thet start the 3.bat
