I found this by accident from doing stuff in the warehouse and my bonuses had doubled I retraced my steps when it happened. I redid the process on a brand new account.
Before I spent all ppoints on 10 bonus

However, This method is highly abusable and I am selling it (Sorry) for 30$ to only 4 people.
If you purchase it you have at the minimum until next patch (June 19, 2014) to abuse it as much as you want until the bug gets fixed.
