No, not yet.

They won't upgrade the RU Keys to EU Keys... so I hope atleast this is a longterm solution for playing D3.

Jo. Musst eventuell dein Antivirenprogramm ausstellen damit du es benutzen kannst. (War bei mir zumindest so)

when i follow the steps and press play, launch diablo and then come out and press stop there are no packets?? what have i done wrong

Wer noch immer den fehler 3013 hat sollte im filter die "MODIFY" Zeilen kontrollieren. Der fehler 82 wird nicht mehr angezeigt wenn die filter zeile "SEARCH" korrekt ist, sollte "MODIFY" fehlerhaft sein (bei mir stimmte ein abschnitt nicht überein, alle zeilen aus modify und search müssen exakt dieselben zahlen sein, bis auf die letzten 4 Zahlen diese müssen anders sein) So hat es bei mir funktioniert ich hoffe ich konnte helfen

you need to login and when the error appears u go back to WPE and then Stop reading packets.

i do that and there is nothing. also the play symbol never turns green. iv followed all the other steps up to this point with the agent file etc.

Kein plan, noch net probiert ^^ aber ich konnte vorhin ganz normal nen Arbeitskollegen mit einem EU Retail Key einladen ins Game.
