€38-9 is pretty high price for a RU Key. I can sell for example (using Moneybookers) for like €34-35.
Btw, just have found a
SOLUTION for

.
It seems that Blizzard's Battle.net website or system have some bug or issue, don't know, so the steps are:
1. Login into your Battle.net profile (eu.battle.net) and change your password OR if you can't login, reset your password (you'll receive an e-mail to your original e-mail account);
2. Login with the new password to confirm;
3. Login with the RU version of the game to confirm that you're
logged in and the most important - you
SEE your hero on the screen;
4. Switch the game version to enGB or deDE/esMX/ptBR/koKR/zhTW/esES/frFR/itIT/plPL (using the steps from the 1st page of this thread);
5. Start WPE tool, start the game, Alt+TAB, do the filter, then filter "ON" (if you can't see the "
ON" button, then you're blind, and that's why is giving to you
still Error 82, or you have done something
wrong from the previous steps), then Alt+TAB back to the game, write your e-mail & password (with the English, Deutsch, Spanish, French, etc. interface of the game, NOT Russian), login and there you go – no Error 3013 (b.net system bug with the pw), no Error 82 (Native lang), no other errors.
Tested & Confirmed by me few times! All working fine

As well as
big thanks & thumbs up for deathkeeper for this guide!
It will be better if some programmer do all these things in a little program or tool specially for Diablo III, because even advanced users can (as we can see) have troubles with the steps. With a program I'm pretty sure that
even retards won't have any problems and will play in their native-country natural language

. And we all know that Blizzard Entertainment won't give us a "lanuage free" patch, that's for sure. They'll do as many
bad things as they can to "fix" the language bypass, because they want to pay MORE for the game. Specially - rich countries paying MORE (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, UK, US, Bulgaria) and poor countries paying LESS (Russia, for them even Brazil, Mexico and South America countries are "poor" too, lol).
Regards.
