You could have tried the proper topic though.

Set MWConfig_DoShopping to true to enable shopping whenever interacting with a merchant:

// Set to true to buy items that match your Nips whenever visiting a merchant.
MWConfig_DoShopping = true;

Also, there is a shop bot script for Anya called MWAnyasBargain.ntj which you could use if you still got the portal to Pindle.
