mine said cannot find offset  why doesn't it work even if i restarted or placed it in the data folder of dekaron.. pls help me

I got the feel that this unpacker was only for 2moons not Dekaron, correct me if im wrong...

I installed the korean Dekaron but I have no Taiwan folder in my dekaron/data folder, is this supposed to be this way ?

I was looking at the data.pak and i happened to notice that the information in monster.csv is listed twice in data.pak.
The information that I normally edit:
ImageShack - Hosting :: 39702610bw7.png
Another set of it:
ImageShack - Hosting :: 58019826nl0.png
Does anyone know what changing the other set of information does? Does it do the same thing?
