bypass outdated?

If I ask about Dekaron hacks, everyone answers to me, that the bypass is outdated and you can't hack now. Then how come I see so many hackers in the game, in maps like Norak/Castor cave fl. 2 ?? There's even a skill hack working... Does someone know how those people hacks?

Those hacks are not public, people make/buy them, but they dont release anything.

Hacks work, but bypass doesn't, you can go to the trading area and buy a working trainer or wait like everyone else.
