Auto bann..

can anyone confirm that there is a auto bann for hacking? or is it simple fact player was hacking wrong place @ wrong time.
i ask only cause my brothers summoner got banned lastnight while he was hacking in maze. now i personally had no problems when i was in norak&castor 2 i was doing it for 2 hours or so, he was in maze for about 30mins then DC and when he logged in said banned, pretty much.

so whats the deal is there a auto bann now or was it just his luck? cause i dont wanna risk my chars if autobann. . .

i dont think that they have auto bann atm ..
sry for ur brothers summ but i hack like 24/7 and no bann ^^

There's no auto-ban in Dekaron yet. Maybe an GM caught your brother in action during hacking in norak&castor 2 and he got banned.

i dont use GM detect never have personally since i hear it either dose not work or u DC just cause a player entered ure line of sight not even GM...

on topic i add;
is it true, ure loggs are now saved and viewed when a player picks up items outofwalls, and is detected immediatly? i think thats what got him too, cause when i was doing that in castor/norak i never picked up items outofwalls. . .
he was picking up vouchers outofwalls and gears/dil. could that have been the problem?

That could take a lot of time for checking up. If your brother got banned instantly when he was hacking out of the map then there's an 100 % chance that it was an GM there.

yeah i was watching (forgive me for saying and dont hate but) beowolf @ 1:30 in the morning since nothing on and... i heard him say "awww #$% i got DC", i laughed thinking nothing of it, he reloggs and again..but with a twist of words.. "awww no way i just got banned'

to my amazment it was true, and really kinda scared me away at first i thought maybe auto bann?!? and then thought maybe even bypass has been somehow silented, meaning it will work but still xign is active in background... soo i hope u guys are right and it was his stroke of bad luck....

I think they have detection now, my friend 90-102 in 24hours got banned after finishing wing quests, about 30min before he got banned I was too in castor/norak2. 65-70 in a couple hours.

So can anyone confirm that the people who were hacking got banned because they were hacking outside? What about hacking in DG's?

Hacking in dgs is safe so far. I'm hacking on them like for 2 years and half and never got banned.

yeah GH is obviously gonna get more hackers banned then acclaim . just gotte be more careful, and yes dg's are safe unless someone reports you for suspicious activity..and then they follow you in.

sorry not trying to get off topic but i got banned also last night i was wondering can gm banned u for being in a party with a hacker? say i hack on one character the second one just sits there and gets exp can the second char get banned when he is just sitting therE?
