umm ive been hearing there is no lvl hack but is there one just to clarify and i dnt mean visual and if not is there a way to ALTER or C
HANGE the amount of EXP gained from a monster??

If you can do it with packet editing then you can do it with CE.


Levels and exp and those sorts of things are all serversided, so only way to do that would be to either hack their database or find an exploit in their server so you can make it run arbitrary code or function differently, etc.
