help with skills

hey. Ive been using the background spammer taz released for a while and now i cant cast my skills. the problem started when i put another skill on the hotbar. now i cant use my skills with or without the spammer. when i hit a number key nothing happens with the skill; alternatively, when i click the skill on the skillbar nothing happens. i dont know what happend or what the problem is but maybe one of you could help me to figure it out?

Go to options, and switch to B mode, or if it was B then switch to A mode.

tried this several times. logging in now to try again
well i tried this and now my skills work sometimes? but not all the time :\

:\\fixed. reinstalling of client solved problem. idk why or what i could have done but w.e it works.
