WinHex needs help

So i m new to all this hack thingies and i m quite not understanding wuts happening.
Okay so i found a Non Aggro Script for hacking, I followed Chihara's guide to make data.pak in edit mode and then drag the script in the data.pak to excute it. After it completed Loading, I tried to close winhex but it paused and i had to use Ctrl+Alt+Delete to end process. After that i reopened Winhex and open Data.pak but there weren't anything in Data.pak did i do sumthing wrong or wut pls help? By the way when i played the game, it still worked.

you really should just use CSV data packet edits instead, much much easier than winhex XD
And if you want something extemely simple, use CE scripts

there's not a huge difference between csv editing and using winhex. Just knowing what you're editing and how to find it.

I wouldn't use scripts that you find, they're usually out of date, or don't work well.
