No data.pak?

Hey guys, new poster here with a little question.
I've been looking at the tutorials on how to edit skills and such and they all mention a need to edit the data.pak.
Now I've looked all over my computer for it, searched every folder including the Program Files and I can't find it.
Is this something to do with a new patch or version or something? If you need any other info just ask.

Data.pak should be in the data folder inside the installation folder of the game. Also, if you want to edit data's, first unpack them (search for unpacker dekaron).

Nope. This is what my data folder looks like.

Cause that's all that is in my 2MOONS/data/ folder.
