Elusive Hack

Can someone please explain the difference between this hack and the regular vac+non aggro?

Elusive hack teleports you to coordinates 0:0 once you activate it.

so the difference between vac/non agro and elusive hack is that elusive hack has nothing to do with either of those two lol
