using CE for vac hack

hey guys, i know you get this alot but i've tried the search and its just laden with "hacks plz" threads

i used to play 2moons, it got banned to the EU (was lvl 96 seggy )

started on an EU server and would REALLY like to use the no agro hack, can i use ce to impliment it WITHOUT using gameguard killer?

or do you still need to kill off gameguard for it to work?

i'm not looking for 'skill hacks' or any hack that can give me an unfair advantage, i 'm pretty good at pvp tyvm xD its just hard to solo a seggy when you get raped for damage
