try this in your accts. let's say u gotta 2 chars in ur acct name A and B. A char is on the first and B char is second in position. so u choose char A to log in. den u just close the game and start the game again. now check the position of the char A and B. if i m not wrong the char B shld be and 1st and A shld be 2nd now.
