gamehi->nexon transfer?

i guess im too stupid for that..
can someone explain me how exactly i transfer my account from gamehi to nexon? i already created a nexon account but i cant find a way to transfer the account. the FAQ section in their forum sais its still available so there has to be a way..
it would be nice if you can provide me with a link.

ich glaub ich bin zu dämlich dafür.. kann mir jmd erklären wie ich meinen account von gamehi zu nexon transferieren kann? nen nexon account habe ich schon erstellt aber weiter weiß ich nicht. angeblich soll es nen weg geben laut deren faq section im forum aber ich finde es nicht.
falls mir jmd nen link geben könnte wäre das super!

I believe the transfer was closed a long time ago, the only thing you can try is sending in a ticket but I dont know if they'll transfer it.

mhmm how can they just close it. i remember when i transfered from acclaim(2moons) to dekaron, gamehi's transfer service was open the whole time.

yea i already contacted nexon(2 days ago) still no answer yet. i hope theyll respond soon :/
