SkillHack Question

For the CE Skill hack, not hex editing version, what is it supposed to do. I have a AOE skill and I want to remove the cool down timer on it, I updated the skill hack but all it did was spped up my skill but nothing for my cool down. Also, what class has the best AOE and no cooldown AOE?

there are 2 different skill hacks 1=skill instant 2= cooldown
mage most skills work and some segita hunters work, other classes the cooldown is ****** up.

yap thats the problem i have the instant skill working
still looking for the other address ...

btw segnale skills all work with 4.6.16 and if i finde the other address they will work again

i have these Summoner skills working with skill instant and cooldown :

vicious mirror, blade dance, dark avatar, palpus, the aldevaran cosmos i dont know the name srry and infected earth

and for AK all AoE working

i think those two chars r good too
