Hi lately I started playing 2moons again and I notice that all the hacks availability is edited through winhex... and not the csv. Now I'm pondering that would it be possible for me to edit or replace all value in one shoot without having doing it manually for example:

am I able to edit.. the rest of the values from rank, 1 through rank, 4 without doing it manually ( i don't mind doing it manually from 1 to 4 but 1 to 150 is too much...)
If i can just edit those 2 values for all the offset needed to be edited in one shot it woould save times and times are valuable to me because of my school and work... enlighten me.
