bro the index is 733..this is for summy vacious mirrior,
i want to set its cool time to 0..how can i manage..
plz show me how to do this
if possible thn screen shot or pm or simply a edited tutorial

Go to releases, there is a tutorial there that can teach you how to make skillhack

You don't need to download anything else than the pack unpacker. It's here on the releases, a topic started by Merovingian. Then use it to unpack all the packfiles in **/2moons/data... folder. Then when they're unpacked all the .csv files will be in the path: **2moons/data/data...

- You have to change that 6000 to 0000, and the cast time too, which is explained in the tutorial as well. If you don't edit both, then skill hack DOES NOT WORK!
- One more thing, you said "THERE IS NO TUTORIAL OF THIS!" and yes there it is! so please, Search better next time. Everything you need is in this forum, you just need to look after it.
