[Important] Map Scan?

Hi, when i pked in norak 2 i got one idea...
I wonder if its possible ot make a program that scans all the players on one map, shows theyre names and maby shows the coordinates of the players on the map. The TzPhQy Bot uses the same stuff but thats only the player and mobs that are visible...
it may be useful for PKing but maby also for hacking to see if there is some GM on the map (if they are not invisbile)

That is a great idea but I don't know how to make or if there is...

It's probably rather impossible unless you played with packets (which i believe is illegal =D). The data for players and their data is more than likely server sided along with mob generation etc.
