Im not going to list the obvious stuff, but ive seen what GMs can do to catch hackers.
First is that they patrol OFF map much more than on map, if you dont see anyone in a legit area, dont vac into the walls. You can also say you were legit if you were caught in a legit area. Caught in the walls, game over.
secondly is luring, if you see a bunch of vacced mobs rush towards you, keep going. BUT if you see a bunch of vacced mobs, frozen in lag with no person in sight. return scroll, instantly. do not pick up that argate in the mob, do not kill the mob, just scroll out. That is almost certain its a Invisible GM there (There isnt just 2 or 3 gms, theres at least 10 diffrent ones) i got one of my mains banned because i wanted to kill the frozen mob, it was a trap.
gms will know something weird is going on if the boss of a map is not there. deux and oread, oread is used for exp, but deux is useless for exp, so dont vac him. vac him and gms will come check the map out.
if you see the mobs are acting diffrently, just leave the area. better safe and waste 1 minute time running and remobbing, than losing your account.
DONT be greedy. dont ks eachother, dont report other hackers. face it, most hackers are leechers and are douchebags. they pk you if you are lower, and report if you are higher. leave your pride behind, better than going back, starting a war and skyrocketing your ban %, then just change shards. gms are most active 11am-7pm pst. but that doesnt mean there are no Gms at 2 AM, if mobs act weird, leave. never. EVER afk in the walls. you gotta take a leak for a min, teleport out. again, better to waste another minute going back, then a minute for gms to catch you.
make your name slightly harder to remember. names like "FUCKYOUBITCH" are obviously easy to remember, but dont make your name too hard either, gms check for any weird names.
Most important is that you dont act stupid. sometimes vaccing in dungeons isnt an option(knew half of you were going to say that) and dungeons are not safe either. remember, GMs can do whatever they want, 99.999% of the time they catch you, its over, no chances.
