Alright I'm using the usa folder and it vacs the whole map which values do i change on the info.csv to lower the drag rate, i want a small vac radious not a huge one, any help would be appreciated.

It seems that u dont understan how a vac hack works.
Not the mobs in a specified area are pushed to , ALL mobs are pushed too you ( which are vacumed) on the whole map .As soon as you see them they will ran directly to you and follow you.

Wrong, I've seen people only attract 10-20 mobs not the whole map

AH okay au meant "just lure 20" i thought something diffrent ...
So if u wanna change that u have to change the vacum.

do u have the hack in the monsters.csv or in the data.pak?

Wherever the number-row is the same.
In case u wanna learn something by yourself ill post for what which number is responsible

gotcha thanks thats what i needed i studied it before i just didnt want to change the values an **** up

unpack the data.pak file then compare 2 .csvs you ll understand
