USA folder help please

Ok so i unterstand about the unpacking and stuff a lil bit. Heres a couple of questions

1) Once I unpack the file. Do i move every single folder and file to the USA folder?

2) I get the connection error problem.. Do I need to delete the 209.234.247.4 2moons.acclaimdownloads.com from the host file or something to stop this error?

what have you unpacked?
data.pak -> you don't need all files
usa within winrar -> into bin\data

you need the host patch, either you can't connect because you patched wrong or because the server are down.
