I actually dont think that acclaim got a live support...
But im sorry if i gone Off-Topic but , does anyone of u got a similar problem with logging in at 2moons.*cclaim.com?
Or if u can think of a solution please share it.

Live support isnt just for coin issues. A (v)gm told me a while ago i shoudnt write emails to the support cause they got a horrible spam problem and so masses of mails going directly in to the spamfolder.
And at least he should try to help me , cause he gets paid for that ...

its like your account is "lost"
after an update or restart of databank at 2moons your "account" will be lost
my friend cant log in in forum or homepage but in the game
like you
he was vaccuming in dungeon gm caught him
AND the gm couldnt bann him his account hasntexist in the data bank ^^

Most Asian people are not good at communications via IM/skype,but that guy is a pro comparing to what i've gotten from Silkroad Online Phone support.
And that's on the phone man,no wonder there is only bots in that game.

Live support is probably on 2hours each day now, they hardly get on anymore.. 2moons staffs are becoming so lazy.. they really dont care anymore

Hallo libe ehrlichen Member von e*PvPers!
Im LastChaos und Metin Bereich im TBM Forum soll ".Ava" mehrere Leute abgezogen haben. Nun kommen aber plötzlich Gegenstimmen in der iTrader Bewertung die positiv ausfallen von "Black-SellerX" und "" bei genauerem Hinsehen bemerkt man, dass diese 3 Forenuser sich gegenseitig immer wieder positiv bewerten, dennnoch werden diese von vielen Usern negativ bewertet. Von "" wurde ich selber betrogen, daher mein Interesse.
Deshalb vermute ich, dass hinter...
