pretty smart answer...
it depends on what you prefer.
bagis are very strong. they are the tank class in game and have a lots hp. they have also a lot of skills which make them to good pvp charrs.
on the other hand summoners have the best looking skills imho. they are a kind o single player char. you have 2 ways you can go with a summoner: twinsword summoner or staff summoner. some ppl say that you should go hybrid. that was true before the update but there´ll be an other update in the near future i guess which will give twinsword summoners 2 new skills and 1 for staff´s.
to sum it up:
bagi=party char and strong in pvp but **** low lev speed in single way
+speed buff
+lot of def buffs
+mass hp
-less mana
-slow leveling (single)
summoners=very very stong in single leveling char medium in pvp
+best looking skills in game
+very big aoe´s (afaik the biggest in game)
+melee fighter with range attacks
+less mana cost for skills
-med defence
-med hp
-no speed buff
