For botting, what I did with mine was go 2 dex, 2 hp, and 1 spr for every lvl. This makes you a good pvp and pver with enough hp to do ok. For skills I followed this:

My advice:

Skills to Max:
CF (duh)
EC (also duh)
BH (duh duh duh)
Hyper Heal (read above)
Fast Heal
All AOE buffs
Revive - level 1 revive is as much a curse as it is a blessing. You get KB'd sooo much easier with just level one, and they're likely to just die again, which wouldn't ENTIRELY be their fault as mesohot says, because they're crippled by the skill's debuff.

Optional Skills to Max:
Self Heal
Wound Heal - Max either WH or SH, you probably won't have enough points for both. I maxed WH myself, because its nice to have for parties where not everyone gets hit at the same time, thus saving mana from using HH without merit.
Dark Circle - I never had much use for this, I didn't pump any points into it at all
Curse Mastery - Don't max it, put it at 9 only, and only if you have an Assassin build. Otherwise, the added damage won't be worth the 8 extra skill points.
Paralyze - Worthwhile only if you pvp a lot. I personally will be maxing this when I get the points.
Dread Nail - Useful in pvp at times, doesn't do much damage though. I never bothered to get it again after I reskilled.
Self-Buffs - Only max if you have tons of spare skill points, and mostly solo. They are better than the AOE buffs and cost less mana, but imo that doesn't make the extra 25 skill points needed to max them all out worthwhile.

Leave at 1:
All curses besides paralyze - Simply not worth it. Only useful in boss battles, they take to long to cast for pvp.
Healing/Blood mastery - You don't even notice the 250% (aka 2.5) increase in health/mana per second past 30.
Death Scythe/Evil Spear/Backdraft/Vampire - Don't do enough damage to be worth the points.

Also, you'd best put one point back into Ruins Skull to get an accurate picture of how many skill points you will have left. When you reset your skills you automatically "lose" one point. That is, if you restat at 60, you will get 59 points back because the point in Ruins Skull was a "Free" point.

this is what i did/am doing and ive done ok so far, except you get kbed a bunch and use a ton of mp pots. But the good thing is you dont really need a lot of hp pots, you do a ton of damage, and no one really suspects you of being a bot. Just bot in uncommon places, find an unactive guild, and socket and add gems to ur weapons so peeps dont think you're a bot.

hey dude to me seggys suck jsut my opinion unless you have a good build i can tell you one do stats for +9 wep then go 600spr and rest heal

ok now for your attack skills use curse blizzard,curse field and thats it and then puts rest into buffs mastery and curses and you will be a very good seg i no it sounds suckish but dont hate it till you accualy tried it
