DEKARON ip block Play without proxy?

HI
Is there any way to play dekaron eu without proxy (i live in one of the blocked country)
Iam askin cos something happen and i cant to connect to proxy anymore (proxy server is on for sure cos my friend use it)
but in proxifier i get message

did you try more proxy adresses or just 1?

i tryed many proxys and i know they are good cos in my work i can connect to them without any problems (on same nootebook that i use in my home) Yesterday i talk with my isp and they told me that they dont block any ports and etc Ive used proxy in home since dekaron eu starts and everything was fine and btw i try other pc in my home and still same problem
