For your info about csv:
Some stuff is serversided, some is client sided. Some people found a way to unpack data.pak and then found out that if you place the files directly in the game(data) folder, the game will read them rather than reading the ones in data.pak.
So people started to unpack the csv files present in data.pak and edit them using excel(or other similar software) and place the edited files in the game folder for the desired effect. Now editing the respective values using a spreadsheat software like excel is much easier than the cumbersome winhex.
Vac(vacuum) hack is one of the effects of editing the values(data.pak/csv files) which allows you to lure more mobs than you would usually do.
Now at the end of march came the new client of 2moons. This time the client wouldnt read the files placed in the data folder, it will only read the data.pak. So people had to revert to data.pak editing through winhex.
So your app. will be like excel which could read csv files present in the data.pak and replace thier bytes in the data.pak much like csv editing through excel?
